TRL has invented a ground breaking technology in paneer manufacturing.

The patented TRL Paneer Plus technology offers a more than 20% higher yield compared to other paneer-making processes on the market. This innovative system achieves greater yield at a lower cost thanks to its unique design and the use of the innovative Zeo-membrane.

We employ advanced techniques to manufacture high-grade paneer that is fat-free, lactose-free, high in protein, and of superior quality. In the TRL Paneer Plus process, we utilize Pasteurized Skimmed Milk from which we separate pure protein and permeate. This pure protein is then utilized to increase paneer yield.
